Terms and Conditions to Visit India, Bhutan and Nepal
- One guide is usually provided with each group.
- During travel every traveler will keep his/her own luggage and finance individually, authority will not be liable for loosing or missing. After entering into the hotel at first will have to check the doors and windows.
- Necessary medicine and drinking water would be kept along with you during travel.
- We used to arrange cooking by our own cook, but incase of failure we used to arrange that from the hotel as per menu.
- VISA and dollar endorsement is traveler’s own responsibility. If anybody wants then we provide assistance.
- If there remain any child of 1-3 years of age for that child only 10% of tour package price would be needed to pay and 50-70% for 3-5 years, 75-85% for 5-11 years and 100% for 12 years and above.
- The traveler or any one of the group will have to come directly to deposit booking money at the rate of Tk. 7,000/= (seven thousand) per person.
- After booking and before 20/25 days of starting of the tour everyone will have to pay 50% amount and 4 copies of photographs for Indian visa and 5 passport size photographs for Nepal-India visa (validity of at least six months) and relevant paper and documents would be deposited. (Green passport is mandatory for Nepal visitors).
- For Indian visa there will be needed 3 months bank’s statement and cash tk. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) or 150 dollar endorsement. The age of passport would be needed at least 3 (three) months, otherwise visa will not be given. and E-token collected through internet should submit along with the form.
- For Indian visa a passport will be needed for one day aged child also.
- For Nepal visa a) Valid identity care for the student and the attested copy of latest obtained certificate or the testimony of college/university or recommendation would be needed to submit. b) For service holder official testimony/translated copy of trade license in English and notarized original copy and the photocopy of Bengali trade license, business card and identity car would be needed to submit, c) For business person translated copy of trade license in English and notarized original copy and the photocopy of Bengali trade license, business card and identity car would be needed to submit. (1) Multiple visa is for 15 days, 30 days or 90 days.
- For those who are retired from the service of Bank or government semi government office they have to submit the attested photocopy of 1st page of pension book to the Indian Embassy for getting visa and Bangladesh Immigration.
- For those who are in the service of Bank or government semi government office they have to submit the attested photocopy of the application of leave sanction. For the student the photocopy of certificate and ID card, for business person photocopy of trade license would be needed to submit with the passport.
- Before 4 (four) days of starting the tour all of the dues should be paid. If the travelers will fail to pay the money then the tour will be cancelled and no deposited amount will be refunded.
- Each traveler will deposit tk. 600/- to the approved bank as government travel tax.
- During the travel in vehicles there may happen change in food menu than that of normal period.
- Travel will be executed in Bangladesh by Bangladesh chaircoach, by tourist bus/train/jeep (non A/C) in India and Nepal.
- For over stay due to any natural calamity, hartal, traffic jam or inconvenient situation of the road then more 500 rupee will have to pay as expense per person per day basis.
- The authority will not be liable for not reaching or delay to reach due to any natural calamity, hartal, traffic jam or inconvenient situation of the road.
- The traveler will bear border expenses of India Bangladesh and Nepal border (Custom Immigration) and site seeing entry fees. The authority will bear the expenses to go to the sites.
- Booking money will never been refunded. After accomplishment of booking if the dues will not paid within stipulated time then the tour will be treated as cancelled. If the travel will cancel before 20 (twenty) days of starting the tour then 75% of tour package price will be refunded and for 15 (fifteen) days of starting the tour then 50% of tour package price will be refunded and all the amount will be forfeited if the tour will cancel before 10-5 days before starting of tour.
- If the traveler will bear excess dollar/taka than endorsement or for any illegal goods for that reason the authority will not be liable.
- On each double bed there will stay 2 and on triple bed 3/4 persons. 1 room attached bath will be provided to husband and wife and for students (male/female) dormitory rooms of 6/8/12 beds will be provided.
- For breakfast puri, vegetable/egg, tea, lunch/dinner rise, vegetable, salad, purse, fish/meat. Tea at afternoon.
- The authority will not be liable for any kinds of accident or damages (all types of insurance premiums will be borne by the traveler).
If the tour will cancel for natural calamity or any other reason then full amount of the traveler will be refunded. But no compensation will be given.

Terms and Conditions to Visit Bangladesh
- One guide is usually provided with each group. The guide will always accompanied the group. Without advice from the guide nobody can move single and will do nothing. Without the permission of the guide nobody will be allowed to go outside the hotel. Everyone has to comply the instruction of the guide.
- Any other place excluded itinerary is not permitted to visit and will not able to manage extra time/date. Food will have to have as per tour itinerary menu, for example: one of chicken or fish should have to eat.
- The traveler or any one of the group will have to come directly to deposit booking money at the rate of Tk. 3,000/= (three thousand) per person.
- Before 4 (four) days of starting the tour 75% of the dues should be paid and rest 25% should be paid during travel. If the travelers will fail to pay the money then the tour will be cancelled and no deposited amount will be refunded.
- Booking money will never been refunded. After accomplishment of booking if the dues will not paid within stipulated time then the tour will be treated as cancelled. If the travel will cancel before 20 (twenty) days of starting the tour then 75% of tour package price will be refunded and for 15 (fifteen) days of starting the tour then 50% of tour package price will be refunded and all the amount will be forfeited if the tour will cancel before 10-5 days before starting of tour.

- Every one will have to keep patience for any kinds of delay to reach the destination by bus, train, ship, launch, trawler or any other vehicles. No bad comments will be allowed. So we hope that our travel will be delightful with the assistance of all of the travelers.
